The Dark Knight: Moiseenko vs Korley 2019

Chess Lesson & Video: Today’s game features a good friend of mine, International Master, Kassa Korley. In this game he takes the black pieces against former European champion, Alexander Moiseenko. Going into the game as a rating underdog and with the black pieces, the result of the game was definitely not what was expected. Korley plays with a deep plan which seemed perfectly connected from the start of the game until the incredible finish. It’s rare to find a game in which every developed and undeveloped piece plays the exact role it’s supposed to. Watch and enjoy this wonderful game.
